READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE SIGNING.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This waiver of liability (“Waiver”) pertains to your participation in overseas trips and activities (collectively “Trips”) organized by Globaltravelbook Limited (C 107877) (“GTB”).

By participating in the Trip, you acknowledge and agree to waive any and all rights and claims you may have against GTB, its partners and employees (collectively “Released Parties”).

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

1. Assumption of Risk

I am medically able to participate in the Trip and associated activities.

I am aware that there are inherent risks, dangers and hazards to which I may be exposed while participating on the Trip, including but not limited to the following:

1. accidents, personal injury, sickness, disease or death;
2. theft, vandalism or loss of personal property;
3. motor vehicle or traffic accidents;
4. exposure to wildlife;
5. different environmental and weather conditions;
6. cancellation of the Trip or curtailment or cancellation of individual activities due to weather, flooding, natural disasters, illness, pandemic, epidemic, political disturbances, terrorism, war, motor vehicle accidents, transportation problems, failure to perform on the part of local travel guides or airline companies, problems relating to customs, immigration or visa requirements, or other circumstances either within or beyond the control of GTB.

I am participating with full awareness of these risks, and I freely and voluntarily accept them.

• Release & Waiver of Claims

By participating in the Trip, I unequivocally and unconditionally release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, of a direct, indirect or consequential nature, arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the Trip, including breach of contract or tortious acts or omissions.

• Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, whether of a direct, indirect or consequential nature, arising out of my actions or omissions during my participation in the Trip.

I acknowledge and agree that this Waiver shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.

By signing this Waiver, I:

• confirm that I have read and understood GTB’s general terms and conditions;

• consent to GTB taking photographs and videos of me during the Trip and understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to being uploaded to GTB’s social media platforms; and

• am not relying upon any oral or written representations or statements made by the Released Parties other than what is stated in this Waiver.

• Confirm that by booking a trip, service, or any other offering provided by GlobalTravelBook LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), I hereby agree that any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or in connection with my booking or the services provided by the Company, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta. I further agree that any such claim or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malta or relevant EU jurisdiction, and I expressly waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

This Waiver is governed by the laws of Malta.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
