Upon arrival at Tirana International Airport, you will meet and greet with guide and begin your journey to the historic town of Kruja.

Begin your exploration in Albania with a visit to Kruja, a historic Albanian town famous for its medieval castle and the Skanderbeg Museum, dedicated to Albania’s national hero. Explore the charming old bazaar, where traditional crafts, souvenirs, and local products provide a glimpse into Albanian culture and history.

Included: Dinner and overnight in Kruje.

Accommodation: Hotel Panorama 4*or similar

Day 2Kruja – Mrizi I Zanave – Razem (B, L, D)

After breakfast, the group will depart from Kruja and travel toward the north of Albania.

The first stop for lunch will be Mrizi i Zanave, a renowned agritourism farm where guests can enjoy the beautiful rural setting and taste traditional, locally sourced Albanian cuisine.

After enjoying a farm-to-table lunch at Mrizi i Zanave, the journey continues north through some of Albania’s most scenic countryside. The road passes traditional villages, rolling hills, and rural landscapes before gradually ascending toward the alpine region of Razëm.

Upon arrival in Razëm, guests will settle into their accommodation and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere. The area is known for its fresh air, pine forests, and tranquil surroundings, an ideal setting to relax after a full day of cultural and culinary experiences.

Depending on the group’s schedule and preferences, the afternoon can include a light walk through the village, free time to unwind, or simply enjoying the natural beauty and cooler climate of the Albanian Alps.

Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Razëm.

Accommodation: Hotel Natyral Razma Resort or similar

Day 3 Razem - Theth – Razem (B, D)

Since large buses cannot access the road to Theth due to its narrow and mountainous terrain, the group will be divided into 3–4 minivans (14–20 seats each). From Razem, the minivans will drive through scenic mountain landscapes on the way to Theth, one of Albania’s most picturesque alpine villages.

We will continue exploring the traditional alpine village of Theth at a relaxed pace, without any hiking activities. The group will visit some of the most iconic landmarks of the village, including the charming Theth Church, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery, and the historic Lock-In Tower (Kulla e Ngujimit), which offers insight into the region’s centuries-old traditions and way of life.

Guests will have time to stroll through the village, enjoy the fresh mountain air, interact with locals, and experience the unique cultural and natural atmosphere of this remote northern valley. The rest of the day can be spent relaxing at the guesthouse or exploring the surroundings at leisure.

You can stroll through the pedestrian promenade of Kole Idromeno, filled with cafés, artisan shops, and historic buildings. The city also offers stunning viewpoints, including the famous Rozafa Castle, perched above the confluence of three rivers and offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Those interested may also visit the Marubi National Museum of Photography, home to one of the most important photography archives in the Balkans, or take a leisurely walk around Shkoder Lake, the largest lake in the Balkans.

The evening is at leisure to enjoy the city’s warm hospitality and northern Albanian cuisine.

Based on the 2025 timetable, the ferry typically departs around 11:00, so the group should arrive at the port by 10:30 to allow enough time for boarding and organization. (The 2026 ferry schedule will need to be confirmed once officially published.)

The journey across Komani Lake lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is considered one of the most breathtaking boat trips in the Balkans. The emerald-green lake, surrounded by towering cliffs and untouched nature, creates an unforgettable travel experience.

Upon arrival in Fierza, the group will continue by road to Valbone, a picturesque alpine valley known for its dramatic peaks, clear rivers, and traditional stone houses. Check-in at the guesthouse and free time to relax or explore the surroundings at leisure.

The group can take an easy walk through the village, visit nearby viewpoints, or enjoy time by the river, appreciating the pristine landscapes of the Valbone Valley National Park. This is also an ideal day to experience local hospitality, learn about the mountain lifestyle, or simply unwind at the guesthouse.

For those who prefer an easy activity, it is possible to take a short optional hike to Xhema Lake, a beautiful spot known for its clear waters and serene surroundings. This light walk is suitable for most participants and offers a wonderful way to experience the natural beauty of the area without engaging in a strenuous hike.
