After 4 successful foodie events in Malta, we have planned a pizza weekender in Napoli.  This is an event where guests are allowed to join the Globaltravelbook team on their own conditions. Whoever is interested, could join us for a pizza weekender, however, all logistics will have to be handled by yourself. We will obviously guide you and let you know which flights we are catching, which hotel we are staying at and so on.

Are you a pizza fanatic and craving to experience the ultimate Neapolitan pizza in its birthplace?
 
Globaltravelbook have started a series of food event in Malta and now we will be venturing our food events outside of Malta. We will be starting off this series with a pizza weekender in Naples. Together we will taste some of the best pizza Naples has to offer and join-in on a pizza making class where we will learn how to make the Neapolitan pizza from scratch. A local guide will also assist us on a historical street food tour through the historical heart of Naples and taste traditional delicacies as you discover the amazing street food scene.

Itinerary
Pizza Weekender in Naples

Day 1Malta to Naples : 14.45 - 16.05

We will meet at Malta International Airport and travel together to Naples. If anyone is flying from outside of Malta, you will need to meet us in Naples on the 19th November 2023. 

  • Transport from airport to the hotel 
  • Optional dinner at a pizzeria as a group (confirmation required to book) – feel free to have alone time and eat anywhere you desire

Included: Transfer to hotel & Overnight in Naples.

Day 2Historic Street Food Tour + Pizza Making Class

  • Easy morning – allowed to sleep in or free-time for those who want to go out Friday evening
  • For those who wake up early – we could explore the surroundings together
  • Breakfast at hotel for those who wish to eat hotel food (or discover the local eateries)
  • 11.30am – Historical Street Food Tour until 3pm
  • 5pm – transfer from hotel to Pizza Making School (5.30pm – 9.30pm)
  • Transfer to hotel – free time or we could go out as a group in the evening
Included: Breakfast, Food samples during tour, Transfers, Pizza Making Class (dinner included) & Overnight in Naples

Day 3Naples to Malta : 13.30 - 14.45

  • Breakfast at hotel for those who wish to eat hotel food (or discover the local eateries)
  • Free time to do what you want to do and maybe sneak in one more pizza before heading to the airport
  • 11.30am – transfer to airport
