We will be located in Ancient Epidaurus is one of the most famous archaeological sites in Greece, while we will be staying at a charming family-owned hotel located right next to the beautiful sea.

This is not just a kayak trip, it is a cultural and culinary experience too. You will paddle along the crystal-clear waters, visit the sunken city and the island of Aphrodite, explore the majestic fortresses and temples, and taste the finest wines and dishes the region has to offer.

More than 50% of our bookings are from solo adventurers. We run open groups which means that anyone could join in the fun and meet like-minded travellers along the way. You can either team up with someone and share a room or else opt for the single supplement.

    • Arrival at the airport
    • Transfer from Athens airport to hotel
    • Unpack/get ready/lunch
    • Kayak at ancient Epidavros
    • Small rest at the hotel
    • Dinner at Apollon restaurant by the sea

     

Day 25th September

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • 10:00 Kayak at Sunken city
  • Lunch by the sea with great greek homemade food
  • Rest
  • Visit at the Epidaurus, in ancient Greece, important commercial centre on the eastern coast of the Argolid in the northeastern Peloponnese; it is famed for its 4th-century-bce temple of Asclepius, the god of healing
  • Epidaurus Ancient Theatre
  • Transfer to the hotel at the end of day

Day 3 6th September

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Transfer to the city of Nafplion the first capital city of Greece
  • Visiting the Palamidi Fortress with the famous 999 steps and enjoying the magnificent view
  • Wine tasting at Domaine Skouras one of the best wineries in the country for wine-tasting

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to arrive earlier / stay longer?

Yes, of course. As long as you are in Athens on the trip dates, you are free to arrive / leave whenever you want. It is best to let us know your plans so we can organise transfers accordingly. 

What type of insurance do I need?

Every client is required to have a travel insurance package. This needs to be presented to us.

What is the accommodation like?

We will be staying at a charming family-owned hotel located right next to the beautiful sea – Hotel Apollon, Epidaurus

How about food?

Food and wine will be one of the highlights of this trip with a lot of food being homemade.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking, we will offer a refund of any balance which we have not yet paid or are obliged to pay to any other Third Party. When a booking is cancelled within the month prior to departure, the remaining balance will be non refundable as well as we would be fully committed at that stage. All types of travel insurance are supposed to cover “cancellations” and for this reason we require that such travel insurance is purchased prior to travel.
